Show more "Lord Kitchener Court in Sale, Cheshire, enjoys a peaceful suburban location yet has a wealth of facilities within easy reach, making it ideal for independent living. Sale is a lively town with a regular farmers’ market in its centre. A variety of amenities are located nearby including larger supermarkets, independent shops, doctors surgeries, dentists, pubs, banks, restaurants, churches and a post office. The area offers a range of attractions including the Sale Waterside Arts Theatre, Worthington Park which holds themed events during the summer, the National Trust’s Dunham Massey and the popular Tatton Flower Park.

The court has been recently refurbished and has a spacious communal lounge, kitchen, pleasant guest room, laundry and car park. The extensive gardens on three sides of the court offer a mix of more private spaces and areas where residents can get together and enjoy the sunshine with each other and their guests. Green-fingered residents are welcome to get involved in taking care of areas of the garden if they choose.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.

Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
