Manager's notes:Plymouth Court is located at Headless Cross, an established residential area close to the town of Redditch. (Much of the area around Redditch was owned in the last century by the Earl of Plymouth, hence the name). It is the only one of our Courts which consists entirely of bungalows, set in extensive landscaped grounds. The Court was built in two phases, opening with thirty-nine bungalows in 1985, with a further thirteen being added in 1988.
There are a few local shops within five minutes walk, including a general grocery, newsagent, butcher and Post Office. There is a good bus service to Redditch town Centre, less than a mile away, where there is an extensive range of shopping facilities including a large new covered shopping mall with mobility services for disabled people.
