Printed guides to retirement housing

EAC maintains a detailed UK-wide database of information on 26,000 sheltered and retirement housing schemes for older people. Our publications include County Guides to Retirement Housing, Regional Directories of Private Retirement Housing and national Directories of Extra Care Sheltered Housing. Each publication contains detailed descriptions of all schemes, plus contact details for the landlord, manager or developer. Visit EAC's Shop for details of these and other materials designed to help you in your work.

Website services

Working with our web development partners, Mission Systems, EAC can deliver a complete web solution to meet your requirements.

The House Key Our site The House Key was commissioned by the Scottish Executive to provide information about housing support (Supporting People) services to the public. It includes fully searchable and very detailed information on 1,300 services for all client groups, plus a 'quick search' facility to locate sheltered housing schemes, Care & Repair agencies and community alarm services. And its library of explanatory materials includes around 400 selected factsheets, guides and articles. Work continues, with the intention of providing rich information about all services, to help potential service users identify services and service providers that will suit them.
